IT Support Specialist

Position Information

Foundation Systems of Michigan, the area’s largest and most respected Foundation Repair and Basement Waterproofing contractor, has an immediate opportunity for an IT Support Specialist.

Job Summary: This position involves installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems, computer networks, and other technologies. This individual will work directly with the IT manager to ensure the operation of our companies IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in an IT related field

• 1 year experience

• Experience using Apple computers

• Experience using iOS devices
• Experience with answering a multi-line phone system

• Ability to configure network devices and setup computer networks

• Experience with basic computer repair

• Experience with system administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills

After previously working in the medical field and welding industry, I decided it was time for change. I didn’t have much experience in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry, but I had plenty of accounting experience and I knew FSM was the perfect fit for me.

I love FSM because it is easy to go to work. The environment is always upbeat and positive – Nobody walks by and doesn’t say hello! A supportive group with a great attitude makes a huge difference in the workplace.
